Broken stroller

No response over a week and my baby is 5 months and left without a stroller in a foreign country. I contacted them a few times and they kept sayin to wait for them to contact me back which they havent still. A stroller for a 5 month baby is a safety requirement, how do they let u go off without any information

Poor communication

Considering how many times during the booking process that we provide all of our contact information. Its very disappointing that we were not notified of not requiring a repaid COVID test to travel to Portugal. We wasted 40$ and the unneeded hassle of obtaining a test just to find out it was no longer required 24 was plenty of time to notify clients of the requirement change but rather we learn this at check in.

Refund or credit

After canceling our flights due to COVID pandemic we have for 2 years tried to obtain either a credit or a refund from them. If you can connect to the customer service staff and them not hanging up on you they would apologize and say they would put you on priority list for credit. We even have received an email after 1 year of attempt with yet another apology and being placed on another priority list, it has been 8 months since that email and we are still trying!

Can't book a flight

Your Web site is so slow. It would take a customer 12 hours to log on, You provide a phone number for assistance and no body answers, Is this a third world back country Air line? Lets see if someone cares enough to respond to me. My E-mail is Thomas. olson@***.com

Was supposed to travel from Miami to London in July for my 60th birthday

Arrived at Miami Airport for my flight to London via Portugal on TAP Airline There was no one there to speak to just a board stating flight cancelled due to strike by air traffic control in Portugal. Not one person around to speak to no email nothing this was too much After lots of tears got hold of family members in London who put money in my account so I could fly home obviously I had already checked out of hotel and did not have funds to remain in Miami

EXTENSION of AIR TICKET FUTURE CREDIT

ticket numbers 0475******** Winnie Mok and 0475******** Damon Tsai were cancelled because our cruise starting from Porto were postponed till Nov 2022. We were just advised by our travel agent flighthub,com that we need to book and fly by April 9th 2022. CAN YOU PLEASE EXTEND IT TO END OF 2022? Due to covid and my breast cancer in 2020, i was able to travel to Portugal earlier.

User's recommendation: Do Not Accept future flight flight credit from TAP. If you cannot use it on time because of health issues or because of other personal problems, you lose it!

Unable to pay for upgraded seats and extra bag on booked flights. I have spent hours on the phone .

Phone doesnt get answered. When it does I am told that all is resolved but it isnt. I get emails telling me to call immediately and then phone doesnt get answered.

Cancellation fee on refund

I applied for a refund on my $700 flight to Spain and back. My wife had ankle surgery and cannot travel for a long period of time. TAP applied a $300 cancellation fee to the refund.

Poor refund policy

I applied for a refund on an upcoming flight because my wife had ankle surgery and cannot travel. TAP applied a $300 cancellation fee against the flight cost of $700. Horrible customer service!

No working phone number to contact anyone at the airline

Im a Platinum member of American Airlines Frequent Traveler program. I am going to make my first trip to Portugal and was trying to get a seat assignment but, no matter how many times I tried, I could not get through to TAP. I was given a number to call in Portugal, but no one picked up at that number either.
