Please avoid Tapair. In the day of my flight I came to the airport, and they told me that they canceled my ticket because I didnt purchase a return ticket! They literally didnt let me get on the plane, and I had to buy a new ticket through a different airline. Now guess what? They cancelled my ticket but still didn't refund me! i tried to call them 3 times and for some reason every time the line dropped in a miraculous way! I have to chase this ghost company which steal my money :(

Hi my name is Bachir Younan I am reaching out to TAP Customer service before I bring my complains to TSA or FAA I booked airfare to return from Barcelona Spain to the United States after we departed our 12 day Cruise on Royal Caribbean last port Barcelona Spain. Royal Caribbean restricted us from boarding the ship since we had positive PCR. I immediately contacted TAP 2 weeks prior to my travel with Portugal Air send copies of my positive PCR test and explain to them that the United States would not let us travel outside of the Country while infected with Covid and Spain would not let us into their Country with Positive PCR Results. It was a condition out of our hands that restricted us from travel, Since it is against Federal regulation law to travel with positive PCR Covid TEST. TAP airlines should have given me a 100% of my refund Because my trip was not canceled due to my own fault but due to a condition that restricted us to travel anywhere. I am expecting a full refund for My UNUSED Tickets totaling $638.00 Ms. Maria Seremetis Ticket No: 047218****514 Mr.Bachir Younan Ticket No: 047218****515 2 months have passed and TAP airline has not give refund. There will be a lawsuit started against Potagal airlines if I don't receive a full refund. I will also report TAP Airline to Portagal headquarters of FAA , & TSA . that your airline is allowing covid infected Pardons travel with a positive PCR test. If you decide not to abide by law and give a full refund for issued tickets that We're not used and were reported 2 weeks before departure.

Our luggage is somewhere between Lisbon and Faro. We cant get ANY help! We missed a TAP flight due to AirCanada being late! TAP says to contact AirCanada and Air Canada is nowhere to be found! This is beyond ridiculous!!

Missed flight

TAP Air Portugal - Missed flight
All I have to say is that I WILL NEVER FLY TAPPortugal again if I can help it. I missed my flight and tried to get rebooked on the next flight and had no luck at the airport cause theres no customer service for the airline at EWR or on the phone since they said the only way to help was to email. And I was trying to fly on the next flight within hours. So you see how emailing is ridiculous. The phone agents were useless and not helpful at all. Its normally standard practice to be able to at least fly standby on the next flight going out if you missed your original flight (because of a car accident). I would especially like to think so since Im a Star Alliance Gold member and try and fly partner airlines when I can. Im so disappointed.

Lost luggage sitting in Lisbon airport

We missed our flight due to airline delays! We flew SMF to YYZ to LIS to FAO. We missed the flight in Lisbon. No help or contact available at LIS airport! We drove from Lisbon to Faro! Our luggage is stuck in Lisbon! I went into Worldtracer at FAO. It was supposed to get on the midnight flight, no luck! It didnt get on the 12:20 pm flight either! What is my next step? I need my luggage it has medicine in!! My reference # is: FAOTP33088 with Worldtracer!

Very hard to get contact when you get they cant do nothing . Ask for waiting by e-mailthr process but they didnt . Very disappointed , even the best price and love Portugal Ill book never again

I have canceled my flight and your guys gives me a voucher and I called again to exchange voucher to refund bcz I have no plan to travel and voucher was about to expire but in the end I lost my voucher and my refund , I been told refund could take over than 3 months and I waited over than 5 months I called again they open a case and I am still waiting . While I call customer service they put me on hold for hours without answer

I had a confirmed flight from Salavador de Bahia (Brazil) to Geneva (Switzerland) on April 29th, with stop-over in Lisbon. I had already done the on-line check-in. About 12 hours before departure, I received a mail from TAP named 'rebooking'. Without any explanation, the flight was rebooked 2 days later, departing on May 1stA !!! In other words, the flight was cancelled 12 hours before departure. TAP was unwilling, or unable, to offer any alternative flights to Geneva on the next day, April 30th. This created major problems for me, as I had professional commitments in Switzerland on May 2nd, which I could not honor. Defaulting on these commitments has cost me over 1'500 euros.

I write as a last option. I have just filed a new complaint of the same case which will take around another year to get a response. I'm not sure if the responsible person will again ignore the message posted on the form and judge accordingly with the selected "motive". I feel very disappointed and angry because it is like a scam, and the worst thing is the bad communication channels available to have a real and direct communication with TAP. It seems that no one is responsible for complaints. there is no email or phone number, and the report form has few "motive" options other than a long response time. The complaint: The Flight didn't land in the city it was supposed to. My wife and I took TAP flight TP785 from Stockholm to Lisbon (01-Jul-2022). However, the flight landed in Porto due to a problem at the Lisbon airport as announced by the crew. Once at the Porto airport around 22:00, the TAP staff informed that we must go to Lisbon on our own, and all hotel and transportation expenses would be covered by TAP. In my previous complaint I attached the hotel bill and the tickets to Lisbon. I hope this email reaches the person capable of giving a fast answer and final solution. Flight delays

Wi am still very disappointed that I NOW have a 12 hour layover in Lisbon rather than two hour one. How can TAP do this? At least give these customers a free pass to the premium lounge to wait out the delay. Customer service wasnt helpful.

Non cooperative with my situation. At all. Very unhappy with TAPs cancellation policy. As its very unfair to families. I lost a whole day visiting my son in Sevilla do to flight cancellation. I contacted TAP to move my return date to make up the lost day by one day and they wanted to charge me $1000.- Airlines can scree up ones travel plans and are not willing to take responsibility for their actions. its unfair and unsatisfactory on their part.
