Customer Service Hotline

Call to the customer service hotline for delay baggage assistant, the agent just transfer my call and I have to hold the call like for an hour and half. Call on the next day ask the agent for the phone number, he just told me will transfer the call, again another hold-on for an hour. Totally unacceptable.

Lost luggage

They lost the suitcases and never refunded. I have been trying to get in touch, but all my efforts were in vain. The operators are extremely difficult to reach. And if you get lucky and reach them, they give you the same answer... that that cannot help.

Impossible to reach

They canceled four flights of mine in 2020. On Expedia it says that I have a credit but I have never been able to get through to them to claim the credit. Expedia says they cannot handle it, it has to be the airlines.

The worse costumer service ever

Zero respond, no costumer service ... , the phone is not working, or they put you on hold for hours, they do not have any other ways to comunicate. Fb / Twitter just for fun, as they do not use it. If we would be working like that we would loose business, and yes we know it is post covid, but not answering e mails, phone calls, has nothing to do with.

Lost baggage

Lost my bags. Got few bits on duty free which disappeared inside the plain. Service is a disgrace I wouldn't recommend for anyone

Bad service

Bad service .. tried to call a lot of times .. waiting no device .. and device really bad When reschedule with another air line via Tap , they charge a huge amount of money.When trying to call , the service is too long and bad never recommend this airline to anyone .. bad bad service

Complaint review on lost baggage and expenses incurred

Please check complaint #2022-00****8145 first made regarding lost luggage from one of your flights on 25th April 2022. Then complaint #2022-00****6164 made on 24th June 2022 Both complaints are said to be under review.? It will soon be 3 months since my complaint was made, and i would be grateful for some action on this. You have all of my reporting (Costs involved-Lost wages-travel incurred etc), sent through your website in April 2022.

My flight was canceled I could not get a new flight for free I've been going back and forth during 2 months. I ended up asking a refund, and now I have to get a new ticket that's going to be very expensive. This is the worst experience ever, they did not even bother to find a solution .
