Voucher problem?We had vouchers with TAP air that expired on Dec 31, 2022 I tried to book both on my laptop and on my phone and apply vouchers and neither would let me on the 31Dec. 2022.

I contacted them by email, messenger and by phone. Jan 2/23 I was able to get a customer service rep, they told me vouchers expired nothing they could do. They said I have to wait for the dept. that handles emails to reply.

Another agent told me today that could take 30 to 60 days. I am trying to book a one way flight to Lisbon 25 Mar 2023

My daughter travelled to Lisbon and her luggage was severely damaged and there were missing contents. She reported when she landed but is returning to Toronto in 5 days. How does she get a new suitcase?
