How Good is TAP Air Portugal's Customer Service?
I am very sad .where are Customers right ?
Once I found the correct phone number, which was a problem, the agent was great. We were unable to manage the booking online.
I was then told we had to set an account with email and phone and that was why we couldn't take care of things on-line. He took care of that and we were able to see our trip.
That should be communicated when a booking is made online.
Just please talk to me!
I need to make changes in a booked flight, I can’t find a number to call other than ( 844539**** ) which nobody ever answer.
The representative was friendly and tried to help. I tried other TAP numbers and asked to be transferred and was hung up on at least 3 times.
They didn’t resolve my concern but I will give them a fair opportunity when I check in 36 hours before and get on that flight.
