Never had to respond to my emails and to my cancellation flight and for the fact that I was sick and I didn’t care of anything to help

I called many time I never got to respond to change my flight because I was sick no caring note taking care of Noel respond to my email did not had any comandante to help me so this is why Im being given this reviewSarcastic

Problems with booking

I am a new Tap miles and go member #46887****. I made reservations on the 29 April to fly roundtrip SFO-LIS, leaving 24 July, 2022, returning 7 August. Booking #JWR8KL. When I received the eTicket printout, both my birthdate and my name were incorrect! So far, after hours and hours on the telephone, I believe that my birthdate has been corrected. But the ticket is in the name of MR DIANE STEFFEYSMITH. I am a female. I know that I need to have this changed by the time I fly from SFO. Please help if you can? I have spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone, mainly on hold. On top of everything, one of the young people I talked with told me that I would be charged $30.00 for the change, when I believe it is Tap that is at fault! While I do NOT like the name you have chosen (peeved would be better, in my opinion), I thank you for your help!

Absolutely non existent customer service

We've been trying to call them for 7 hours straight, there was supposed to be call backs that never came. Now it's 11pm and our flight is supposed to be the next day at 8am. We are heading to the airport absolutely PISSED as we wasted our last day in Lisbon trying to get hold of these idiots.

Did not honor rebooking of canceled tickets

We canceled TAP flites as promoted by TAP to do when COVID restrictions began to be applied and told to rebook within 2 yrs to have the value credited. I confirmed 3 times since, waiting over 2 hours on hold per call. But when I finally called to do the rebooking and have the value applied, TAP would not honor their commitment. Totally unprofessional and unethical. Will stop using them unless I hear from them to resolve this mess!!!

We have been given a voucher due to COVID as we had to cancel the flight but for two years we were not given a refund, the voucher when tried to use it gives us error.

We were given a voucher for a fraction of the price of our ticket which was cancelled due to COVID, we tried to use the voucher but it was giving us an error every time, although it is still valid. We asked the company for a refund but we have not had any response, we are very disappointed, we need either help with it to use it or a full refund of our ticket with the company.

User's recommendation: I will hesitate to use it as we are still awaiting for some sort of espouse. We would like a either a refund or support to use the voucher, but none of these has happened for two years now.

We have tried to use the voucher for our booking to a new flight as the previous one was cancelled due to COVID but it did not work, the problem is still unresolved. We need your help to help us with or give us a refund to use for it. Yours Diana and Stephen Ramsay

Checking reservation

As it turns out the online agency dropped the ball and didnt reissue a ticket for the customer whose name was spelled incorrectly. Once we got to the airport the TAP agent was able to issue a new ticket. The stress level caused was intense. The online agency ASAP claimed TAP never got back to them regarding the situation. Unclear whose fault it was,TAP or ASAP. We would fly TAP again, however, next time booking a flight directly with the airlines.

Airline changed my connecting flight

Reservation 4S7P5D and 4Z67UZ First segment of reservation was on Air Europa 10.30 am from Palma Mallorca to Madrid Air Europa cancelled 10.30 am flight and moved us to 12.30 pm flight which was ok with us Then a week ago TAP Portugal changed 3.30 pm flight to 1.30 pm Hence we cant make the connection to catch the next segment of our flight to Lisbon Tried to change Air Europa flight to 8 am dep from Palma Expedia said they r trying to get ok from you Its been a week Can you please help

Flight, charges, and delays

On departure Rep changed my flight without my knowledge which caused me to be delayed to meet companions in Barcelona. Returning to JFK Rep said my carryon was not a carryon. However my luggage is a carryon. The Rep never weighed my suitcase and charged 95 fee. I was not prepared to pay this expense. Flight delayed with no explanation. Passenger receipt 06APR22 7840****. QLL205 ****MF

Delayed flight with no reasoning, Poor customer services, and charges for carrier on bag
