Unable to get help with a schedule change

We have round trips to Casa Blanca and Marrakech with stopovers in Lisbon. Due to safety concerns we need to change the Morocco flights but cannot get help to do so.

Voucher issue

The flight from Maputo to Lisbon was delayed and your company said that I could use a voucher or monetary compensation. I tried to call you several times I haven't received any response. I need to book tickets for myself and my family to Oporto/Portugal for 20 or 24/12/2023, from Birmingham, Manchester, Luton, or Stansted Airport (UK).

Need to cancel a flight

Tried ringing on numerous occasions and unable to complete online as asking for information I can't provide to get a refund for a flight I no longer require, just need to speak to someone.

Still waiting for refund from June 2020! TAP Air Portugal has stolen my money!

I was given the option of a travel voucher or a full refund in June 2020 so I chose the refund of $831.19 Canadian. The agent said it would be 30 days for it to be refunded to my credit card. Nothing happened until April 2021 when there was $30 refunded to my credit card and the remaining $801.19 has never been refunded to me. Every time I call they say they are reviewing the refund and that the refund department cannot be contacted except by email. Those men and women in the refunds department have never replied to my emails. I have called, emailed, posted on their social media and even sent a Notice of Trespass by Way of Theft to the CEO at the Lisbon Airport and still nothing. TAP Air Portugal IS committing trespass to i by way of theft, THREE years later.

Need seat assignment and request wheelchair assistance due to disability.

Have called repeatedly for DAYS and not one single person will answer the phone. Nobody! Simply terrible customer service. I would never recommend this airline to anyone. Book at your own risk.

Lost bag and no response

We flew Dusseldorf to Lisbon to Chicago on July 28. Of 4 bags, only 3 arrived. Today is Aug 20 and all our efforts to recover our bag have been fruitless. It is impossible to contact anybody.
