Worst costumer service.

I have spent hours truing to get through. it is a nightmare if you ever have any problems with your flights. So if you ever purchase a ticket from them i hope nothing goes wrong and you need to speak with a representative...because they dont exist.

Can't change flight!!

Hello, I have been trying for 3 days to contact Tap: phone, email, twitter, facebook, without any response! The website has a glitch when I try to change the date of my flight and changes the flights to a departure and return on the same date. Please help, we're desperate! Customer service does not have enough lines

i have been trying to change my flight for 3 days waiting time is excessively long and when passing to the central lines the line usually fall

TAP Air Portugal - Wort flexibility ever. RIP OFF
TAP is the worst company around for a long time already! Apart of the political and management matter that are pointlessly making the Portuguese inject millions and millions in the Co. without any good return, the service still the wort problem solver and flexible in the market. After cancelling my flight and moving to an completely unsuitable schedule, TAP applies double of the price on top of the original price to change to a more suitable flight ( recording they were the ones who cancelled and moved you around ). Absolute scam with the very very low principles and honesty. TAP never more!

Refund with voucher instead of money

Their online booking system have not accepted several times my two different credit cards with error messages. Than, during phone call I was informed that it was an error and funds will be deposited back to my account in a week. After a month and after several phone calls they sent me voucher with one year expiration term. Even more: they charged $50 and subtract it from voucher amount for addressing this issue to their stuff. Booking codes: OEOWXG, OKHV3H, OH8K7E

User's recommendation: Probably better to call them but it is another nightmare with 30-45 min wait time….

Très mauvaise expérience

Sièges réservés en ligne en payant un supplément pour être en issue de secours ( je mesure plus de 2m!) : Sièges non attribués une fois dans l'avion! Vol décalé de plusieurs heures au dernier moment. Valises qui arrivent deux jours après moi!!! Je n'avais eu que des mauvais retours de cette compagnie que j'ai été obligé de prendre suite annulation des vols de la RAM et malheureusement la TAP reste fidèle a sa mauvaise image. Compagnie à éviter absoluement si vous avez d'autres possibilités . Je la déconseillerai fortement a tout mon entourage. La prochaine fois je préfèrerai annuler mon voyage plutôt que de voir gâcher un séjour très honereux et préparé depuis plusieurs mois en devant partir avec la TAP

9 DAYS TRYING TO GET RESOLUTION TO A SPELLING CORRECTION AND TODAY AFTER 5 HOURS AND 43 MINUTES, TRANSFERRED TWICE, i GET DISCONNECTED. TAP SUCKS. I WILL NEVER BOOK ANOTHER CLIENT ON TAP.

Terrible customer care

I have been trying to speak to someone for the past week. I have been on hold for over 10 hours just to get dropped after an hour and a half. This is not acceptable for any business. I will NEVER use TAP airlines for this reason. Very poor customer care. I was promised my money back on vouchers we were issued on a trip we cancelled due to COVID and it was supposed to be put back to my account in September 2021 but of course it was not. Now I cannot get anyone....POOR SERVICE.

REFUND ISSUES

I'VE REFUND VOUCHER NUMBERS TO ASK THEM FOR REFUND, BUT TAP AGENTS SAID OUR TRAVEL AGENT USED THEM AND CANNOT PROVIDE THE REFUND TO ME. IT'S RIDICULOUS, THE VOUCHERS HAVE THE TICKET OWNER NAMES. HOW THE TRAVEL AGENT CAN BE USED. MY TRAVEL AGENTS SENT NUMEROUS OF EMAILS TO ASK FOR REUND, BUT NO REPONSE.

Cannot get through to reservations.

Ugh. Been on hold for Reservations for SIX HOURS, got cut off four times, still getting nowhere. Dec 17th, 2021.

Lack of customer service

Hi, I am pretty frustrated with this airline after I booked a return flight from Boston>Lisbon to be told my debit card details were not going through, yet I received a reservation (MDWH4C) that needed updating bank details. But then I received a reservation that was completely wrong and incorrect. I booked again and received another reservation number (MLN3DE), with the same message that I needed to update my debt card number. I have had to withdraw money from my account because I don't want you to charge my card TWICE...and I have spent most of the day calling your customer service team to have no answer.. what is going on. I would like a call back so I can fix this issue - I expect a better experience and certainly not be doubled charged. Thank you Jeremy
