CHARGED PHONE CALLS!!

DO NOT BOOK OR CALL THIS COMPANY!!! If I could I would give 0 Stars! I have been trying to rebook my flight for over 2 days now. I have been hung up on multiple times with no outcome of my issue. The customer service has still not been able to rebook my flight!!! On top of that, I have been charged TWICE now for INTERNATIONAL calling, because your customer service agent has been calling me back from PORTUGAL! Even though I have called the AMERICAN NUMBER with +1 upfront!!! How can this happen?! Now as you can tell, that is a big bill! I have been charged for the first call $79.10 and for the second call $125.37, and this fee is only so high because every time i call I am in a wait line for over 2 HOURS!!!! I am more than just disappointed because you did not even fix my problem and I am still unaware of when my new flight is supposed to be, PLUS I HAVE TO PAY $204.47! This is unacceptable and I am expecting a refund for this. You can not have me call an agent from a different country, who did NOT fix my issue, and on top let ME pay for the call! I certainly do not have this amount of money as a STUDENT!

Vouchers issues

Absolutely impossible to get infos! All I can do is keep complaining in all social media. I do not have access to the infos I need in my account and can't get in touch with tap Portugal to know how much money I have on my voucher and how I can spend it. On the website I only get error messages and that I should contact the customer service, so I pay 20 cents/minute and get no answer and no help.

Very bad customer service

No mater if you pay an extra money for service, you will received worst flight , my original flight was from Toronto to Lisbon and from Lisbon to Prague and back, they change my flight in last minute and I have 6 flights instead original 4......no one care you need PCR test before flight, no one speak on line anymore, customer service for North America is not working, phone number doesn't exist anymore.never

Absolutely impossible to connect with customer service TAP company .

Have a credit and voucher with the TAP Portugal, try to buy tickets and use my voucher and credit but during 2 hours nobody pick up phone even they should work 24 hours .On a website theres no option to buy ticket using the voucher , cant get help from anyone

My issues hasn't been resolved it's been 3 months I'm honestly so frustrated with this experience I can't get a hold of one representative that is actually able to help or even direct me to the correct department which requires information on my luggage Complaint!! Please provide me with the correct email and department that can assist me with this matter. Again it's been 3months of me being pushed around on calls and no resolution NO RESOLUTIONS YET!! Denied boarding

At the check in, they were unable to generate our boarding pass, as such we missed our flight, now we are held up in the airport and there doesnt appear to be an end to this issues in sight at the moment.

Displeasure with service

Dear Marketing/customer service, For the last 3 days I have been attempting to RE-Book flights from Miami, Fl. To Venice, Italy. I have vouchers from previously cancelled flights and I have attempted to use these vouchers to re-book our flights from Miami to Venice. For three days I have spent well over 10 hours, mostly on hold, on the phone with your reservations service only to consistently come up empty handed. I have booked multiple flights through your airline but this latest episode of trying to re-book flights has me quite upset with your service. Today, 1/23/22 I spent 2.5 hours on the phone until I was cut off and had to start all over. I worked with one of your associates on 1/21/23 who informed me I was all booked including upgraded seat assignments and a substantial additional cost only to have NO confirmation of this reservation. Again I worked with an associate, on the phone, to confirm my reservations. Again I was assured all was booked and in order only to find out again, my reservation was unknown to anyone I talked to. Again, Today, 1/23/22 I called customer service/reservations at 0530 hrs, eastern std. time, US. Again I was cutoff and had to recall and spend another hour and a half on hold. At this point, I dont know if I have a reservation or not. This is very disappointing for us. I have reservations on a cruise out of Venice Italy not to mention Hotel reservations in Venice and for what ever reason, TPA Airlines cant get it together to get me there. I am using vouchers from previously cancelled flights and Im at a point now that if TPA cant get this straightened out for us, Please just refund the amount of my vouchers so I can use it either through a new booking with you, or ANOTHER airline. I cannot begin to tell you how frustrating this has been. I feel your customer service is far from good and your reservation staff is either totally incompetent or just dont care. I expect a response to this message and I expect to have my reservations honored. In the event I dont hear from you, I am prepared to approach the media and multiple social media outlets,ie. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc and express my displeasure and opinion of your customer service. Please DO NOT RESPOND with the excuse of Covid-19 pandemic issues. Every other airline is experiencing these same issues. Frankly, if you cant handle the business, CLOSE YOUR DOORS until you can. Needless to say, I am upset with this level of service. I/we, My wife and I, have been trying to book our 50th anniversary vacation to two years, and the only thing not resolved is our air travel with TPA Airlines. Please have someone who can resolve our issue contact us so we can complete this vacation Plan. Flight change

I have been on hold for 8 hours trying to change a business class ticket. I have been dropped four times during the wait. I occasionally get someone on e the line, and then they put me back on hold.

Vouchers cannot apply to new booking

Hi, I have four vouchers that will be expired in 2022-04-08. I tried to apply all to my new booking but not successful. I contacted your service centre and got the tickets request #2022-00****2668. No further answer or reply from TAP for my complain. I contacted my travel agency for help as well but they said the vouchers were issued by TAP and they cannot solve the problem.
