Suspending ticket

Good day sir/madam Kindly suspend urgently this ticket ,Ticket number 047781****915. Reason for this cancellation is because client was flying from Harare to Vienna and connecting from Vienna to Lisbon, however Client did not manage travel the Vienna Lisbon leg due to expired residence permit. Client will use the ticket in due course. Awaiting your response.

LOST COST OF TICKETS!

Because line to Covid test was so long I missed my flt after your person at check in said i had plenty of time!!! I can back and missed check in time by 7 minutes!!! Liar liar liar! I lost $900 and had to find new flt and buy new tickets back to US, another $1000 dollars for next day. Sooo, find hotel $$$ etc! You guys are terrible! When I called for tickets refund you can imagine, yes you blamed it on Covid!

My wife (Deana Moncayo) was scheduled to fly back to San Francisco from Lisbon in Sunday May 8th. However she has been admitted to the hospital (de Santa Maria) since May 4th. I attempted to call TAP from the US and had no luck with getting through to anyone. I finally was able to speak with Booking.com (Travel Agent) who the original flights were booked through and they said I needed to contact TAP Portugal directly to receive my wife's credit towards her next flight home. She has been stuck in the hospital dealing with kidney stones and I was able to fly in lastnight to be by her side. Can someone please reach out to me to get her voucher all in order so that when she is released from the hospital I can book her flight home (and hopefully mine on the same flights back to San Francisco). Never had to respond to my emails and to my cancellation flight and for the fact that I was sick and I didn’t care of anything to help

I called many time I never got to respond to change my flight because I was sick no caring note taking care of Noel respond to my email did not had any comandante to help me so this is why Im being given this reviewSarcastic

Problems with booking

I am a new Tap miles and go member #46887****. I made reservations on the 29 April to fly roundtrip SFO-LIS, leaving 24 July, 2022, returning 7 August. Booking #JWR8KL. When I received the eTicket printout, both my birthdate and my name were incorrect! So far, after hours and hours on the telephone, I believe that my birthdate has been corrected. But the ticket is in the name of MR DIANE STEFFEYSMITH. I am a female. I know that I need to have this changed by the time I fly from SFO. Please help if you can? I have spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone, mainly on hold. On top of everything, one of the young people I talked with told me that I would be charged $30.00 for the change, when I believe it is Tap that is at fault! While I do NOT like the name you have chosen (peeved would be better, in my opinion), I thank you for your help!

Absolutely non existent customer service

We've been trying to call them for 7 hours straight, there was supposed to be call backs that never came. Now it's 11pm and our flight is supposed to be the next day at 8am. We are heading to the airport absolutely PISSED as we wasted our last day in Lisbon trying to get hold of these idiots.

Did not honor rebooking of canceled tickets

TAP advised GOTOGATE, the 3rd party we bought the ticket from, to contact us to explain their rebooking process. They did so and I followed their instructions to a tee and am still waiting for their request to TAP to open the ticket so GOTOGATE can issue the ticket. Now, instead of calling TAP and being on HOLD an hour per call, I have the same experience with GOTOGATE and once they answer, all they can tell me is they're still waiting to hear from TAP!!!!

We canceled TAP flites as promoted by TAP to do when COVID restrictions began to be applied and told to rebook within 2 yrs to have the value credited. I confirmed 3 times since, waiting over 2 hours on hold per call. But when I finally called to do the rebooking and have the value applied, TAP would not honor their commitment. Totally unprofessional and unethical. Will stop using them unless I hear from them to resolve this mess!!!

We were given a voucher for a fraction of the price of our ticket which was cancelled due to COVID, we tried to use the voucher but it was giving us an error every time, although it is still valid. We asked the company for a refund but we have not had any response, we are very disappointed, we need either help with it to use it or a full refund of our ticket with the company.

User's recommendation: I will hesitate to use it as we are still awaiting for some sort of espouse. We would like a either a refund or support to use the voucher, but none of these has happened for two years now.

We were given a voucher due to COVID but it does not work when trying to use it

We have tried to use the voucher for our booking to a new flight as the previous one was cancelled due to COVID but it did not work, the problem is still unresolved. We need your help to help us with or give us a refund to use for it. Yours Diana and Stephen Ramsay

Checking reservation

As it turns out the online agency dropped the ball and didnt reissue a ticket for the customer whose name was spelled incorrectly. Once we got to the airport the TAP agent was able to issue a new ticket. The stress level caused was intense. The online agency ASAP claimed TAP never got back to them regarding the situation. Unclear whose fault it was,TAP or ASAP. We would fly TAP again, however, next time booking a flight directly with the airlines.
