Can not get in touch with anybody at tap , they cancelled my flight and gave me a voucher for approx 10 pounds instead of £90

My flight to Lisbon from Dublin on 20 May UZEN20 @***.40 Ticket Name Mrs Gillian Hyndman &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;Ticket Name of Mr Robert Hyndman was cancelled and Tap rebooked us on another flight later on 20 May which did not suit. I requested a voucher and Tap sent VCHRF210703****84450 for £9.60 instead of £89.40 I contacted by phone and was told to phone back in a weeks time I did so and then was cut off all other phone not do not Work Please could you refund or send a voucher for the correct amount Gillian Hyndman Phone 0774715**** gillianhyndman@***.com

Frustrated

Attempts to contact Customer Services continues to fail, switches to busy single after 5 rings. This is going on now for two days at all times of day and evening. Something is wrong. All other attempts to contact have failed too. I was never notified that one of my flights was cancelled (I saw it myself). The flight cancellation and change to another date and time is unacceptable. I want to talk with someone to get a refund for my reservation. Now, so that I can make other plans. I never realize how difficult it was to talk to someone at TAP Airlines.

Vouchers

Hi, Booking No: MY6GGC and MXOVKW bought by Expedia cancelled trip. According to Expedia´s instruction we cancelled the trip. Instead of refund the money Expedia offered us flight vouchers. According to Finavia flights were cancelled. We are not going to travel abroad because of global pandemia. We would like to have our money back. Thanks! Best regards, Noora Stolpe

Called for clarification on voucher received for cancelled flight due to Covid. On hold for 1 hour than was told to call a different number that was disconnected. Instructed to use voucher within year of cancellation. At this time I cannot fly anywhere. So how am I to use voucher? When I did speak with a human, they were very rude.

Customer service staff do not help you at all. The phone call is hanged up , pretending they can't hear you. Just appalling. Never again flying tap.

Ive canceled my flight and still have received a call from customer service about by reimbursement they supposed charge me $190 for cancellation and instead charging me a whole ticked price

This level of service from TAP airlines seems to be consistent with our issue. Hard to understand as this was a terrific airline a couple years ago.

Now their customer service is terrible, at best, and their reservation staff seem to be adrift in a world of numb.

Perhaps, when they’ve lost enough business some overpaid executive will figure it out and get them back on track. If it wasn’t for having vouchers from previously cancelled flights, I would most certainly use another airline, at least until TAP gets it together.

Voucher not working

First of all, website very slow. Second theyve sent me a voucher in Brazilian Real but I first purchased in dollars. So this meant I had to use the Brazilian website of course after calling the customer service. While on the phone with the operator trying to book my flight the call ends. No one called me back. Next day try to call the airline again because my payment of the rest of the amount of my ticket ( used my voucher ) didnt go through. So while we insert my info on the phone the call ends again. I had to call 20 times before getting someone and finish the call!! Its the worst service Ive ever had.

Crap customer service from TAP

I had two issues that I raised with tap. Neither of which were responded to AFTER I had flown though for both flights I needed the help prior to flying. They clearly don't give a damn about clients or custom service. Though in fairness the cabin crew are usually very helpful. Avoid!

I got 2 vouches for a cancelled flight The reference number I was given is 2020-00****5414. I would like to get my funds back into my American Express card since I have already paid you and will not fly again. I am over 80 and not well.

No customer service if you complain

they charge you for everything nowadays when you book a airline ticket, but beware the biggest scam, DAMAGE TO YOUR SUITCASEthey run a mile saying we dont cover locks , or zips, but they have a duty of care you fill out the e forms or ring them , but thats it you never hear from them againand you are left with a non use suitcaseand having to go out and buy a new one and loss of a suitcase is even dafter, they want all your reciepts for the suitcase, socks undergarments, soap time that the law was changed on this matterif you get killed on a plane they pay out why shouldnt the same be applied to suitcase lost or damaged we have paid for a service, they say claim on your insurance yup another percent creamed off for claiming
