Lost baggage

I am STILL on hold ! it has been 40 plus minutes listening to music. this is unacceptable. My trip on TAP was fantastic, flight crew, pilot, ride but this is a problem you must address OR YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS. MY 1 PIECE OF LUGGAGE IS MISSING!!! IT NEVER CAME OFF MY FLIGHT !! IT HAD ALL MY SOUVENIR, MY CLOTHES MY MAKEUP TREASURES FROM MY TRIP! I REPORTED IT AT THE BAGGAGE CLAIM AND HAVE NOT HEARD ANY UPDATE. I DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS LEFT IN PORTO OR MADE THE TRANSFER AND WAS LEFT IN LISBON. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS FOR ME. I AM SPENDING MY FIRST DAY HOME ON THE PHONE TRYING TO GET TO TALK TO SOMEONE. How can I get refund?

Bought ticket evening Aug 7 to travel Dakar-Lisbon-Copenhagen Aug 8. Paid almost USD 1,300 for a one way due to urgency. Learn when trying to board in Lisbon that I was rebooked without my consent. No other alternatives. Had to wait 12 hours in airport despite urgency to get to Copenhagen. Trying to request refund for the ticket but my ticket number is not recognized. Have noted 047757****898. Name: Thea Yde-Jensen. Have also written two complaints but do not receive confirmation that these have been sent. Support needed.

Misding luggage

I had a fly with TAP from Dakar-Lisbon-Toronto. Try has been a nightmare since the beginning, at Dakar they charged more $700 for extra baggage, saying there was no baggage allowance in my ticket. Something I discovered at check-in, none of this was mentioned when buying the ticket. From Dakar arrived to Lisbon where I spend the night at the airport 15hours of waiting time without accommodation. From Lisbon to Toronto, the fly has been good, but at the arrival I didn't find any of checked extra luggage. It has been 48hours, no update from the claim I made. No customer available. They still not locating my baggage. And I have some perishable goods inside. This is my worst travel experience. I have learned a lesson to ovoid too cheap ticket and cheap airline. Ticket price was $1023+ $750 extra baggage fees for a total of $1783. I could have $1400 for Air Canada, Air France or Royal Air Maroc which are far better. I wanted to share with people to help them make their ticket choice. Thank you

Refund

I cancelled my flight and tried to do the process to ask for a refund. The webpage with the 047 bar where I have to put my refund ticket number does not work at all. I tried 10 times, it just doesnt work. Therefore I tried to call the company 5 times in the last 3 days, waited overall 3 hours on the phone for someone to pick up. NOBODY EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. Costumer service

The worst costumer service. If they have such a thing in thei company. They cancelled ny flight and noone picks up their phone And for another flight after 3 months haven't received the refund yet. Poor service.

We got to Ohare airport and our flight to LISBON was canceled and there was no one at the counter to even speak to!!

Stolen property

While my suitcase was held for two weeks, someone went through my luggage and took my jewelry. Please call me. I want to see the video of who went through my luggage and who took my belongings.

my flight on August 8 was canceled and I requested a refund or travel credit for 4 people, I only received the travel credit for one person in my family. We paid $ 800 and more but why do we give credit to only one member of my family?
