The worst airline to communicate with

I had a business class ticket And they messed up at the front desk and they didnt let me board the flight and they wanted to put me on another flight 2 days after Bcs they didnt have a flight the same day or the next day and they asked me to pay additional 951$ to change it .its ridiculous I will Never fly with this airline again .the worst customer service .no one can help with anything

Can I change my flight? The cruise has too many restrictions due to the Covid Delta cariant

Our shore excursions have been cancelled for our Mediterranean cruise, due to Covid. We need to postpone our travel plans until some time in the future when it is safer to do so. They didnt give me the service that i pay

I bought a plane ticket to NYC i was traveling cause a family emergency to NYC i had the first fight to Lisbon and then they didnt let me get inside of the plane without no reason cause i had a letter from the embassy and my valid tourist visa. they treat me super bad i ask for a reason and they didnt give me nothing I had to pay 2 nights in lisbon and i had to buy another plane ticket to get to my destinatnion cause my mom was on ER.

Money for the flight

Hello , I book a flight with Tap Air Portugal back in April and the person I talk about the information for the flight told me that with the certification that I just had Covid I could fly without problems since my Covid test didnt gent back in time . I went to the Airport of Milan Italy and they didnt allowed me to fly and no one wanted to give me the credit for the flight . I try to call many times since because of Covid they give credit or the possibility to change the flights but didnt happened to me . So I am trying to get in contact and have a credit . Thank you

Sold ticket Istanbul Lisbon NY and refused to issue boarding pass in Lisbon because of COVID . Should never have sold the ticket!!!!!

T A P is refusing to issue a boarding pass for a connecting flight the departed from turkey with a stop overIt Lisbon for the remainder of the trip to New York City passenger stuck in Lisbon after having quarantined for two weeks in turkey

NEVER REFUNDED OUR FLIGHTS

My flights were cancelled and I still Have not received a refund. Customer service has been terrible after it takes forever to get through

Missing luggage

I have arrived to Toronto on 8.13.2021. Flight TP259 from LIS. At arrival a Tap employee waited for me and said that one of my suitcases missed the flight in LIS. The suitcase will arriv on 8.14 from LIS. They will deliver it soon after the arrival on saturday 8.14.21 They got my phone number and email adresses. I have waited all day on saturday, sunday no bag came. I find it unaccaptable that I sit here at my family nearly 3 days, no bag, no message no phone number I could call Tap Airline, no socks no underwear, no shirts, no clothing, no contact tnever book Tap nothing. I am not able to contact

I would like to change our flights number is 3XKGYI. Ive had no luck in contacting customer service. We still want to travel, but with covid surging, we want to postpone the trip now. IT' A SCAM!

Unfortunately, the Portuguese national airline lowered its standards to petty frauds at the expenses of its passengers because on the *** of bankruptcy. Positive to a COVID test, the company played the shameful game of "catch me if you can" avoiding its obligation to reschedule my flight offering a reimbursement of $73 for a ticket paid more than $500 and trying to exhaust my patience with phone holds that reached three-four hours each time and that all ended with a "click"on their side. SCAM!

PANDEMIC: Unfriendly crew member during boarding refused me to enter plane FLIGHT TP1464

A very harsh and unfriendly female member of TAP Portugal Airlines stopped me from going on board of the plane to Morocco at Lisbon airport on 7th August 2021. Travelling from Germany they did not let me continue my travel to Morocco from Lissabon (Portugal). Even if I had a valid negative Covid-test with me. She was asking me for a hotel reservation and a prove of payment for 10 nights. Then she shouted angry at me why I did not get the Covid-vaccine in Germany, it is easy and for free, she said. This is not her business at all! She thought she is an authority, there is not even a law for this kind of issue. --- Firstly I came directly from Germany and stayed just 4 hours in Lisbon Airport as a TRANSIT PASSENGER!!! ---- Secondly I have an appartement in Morocco with my husband, I do not need any hotel. If quarantine is needed I would do it in my private appartement. I had to incur very high extra costs because of this woman crew member. I am claiming reimbursement from TAP Air Portugal. On the same day I had to book a new flight to Morocco in order to use my COVID-test valid for 3 days/72 hours. I booked a flight with Ryanair to Brussels, stayed at this airport over night and took the next early morning flight to Morocco. STATEMENT OF COSTS: 164,87 ----Ticket Lissabon - Oujda (no luggage included) 59,00 -----Extra booking of one luggage 55,00 ------Overweight for my luggage 186,98 ----- New flight Lisbon-Brussel FR1301 on the same day 173,98 ----- New flight Brussel-Oujda FR8774 on the next day 110,00 ----- Overweight for my luggage for flig OF ht FR8774 Kristin Peukert

Flight reservation snd vouchers

I was able to speak to customer service after a phone hold of 90 minutes. They said Id get the voucher in 7 days but its been 10 days and no voucher.

Lost baggage

5 days on, TAP Air did not put our luggage on from LIS-SFO (Along with 1/2 the plane). No explanation, no return calls. The main number are not connecting, baggage vmail is full. I guess everyone is on siesta.
