Air Portugal - what a joke!!!

My husband's flight from Marrakech to Lisbon left 2 1/2 hrs late this morning. Now, his second flight from Lisbon to Frankfurt is already 1 1/2 hrs. delayed and still hasn't departed. I phoned Reservations because I couldn't reach Customer Service and the agent said his system shows that the flight is leaving on time. I replied, 'it is already 1 1/2 hrs. late and it still shows 'Scheduled'. His reply 'maybe it's already left'. I said, 'why can't you tell me that for sure', and he replied that his system shows that it is leaving on time. He suggested I call the Lisbon airport. I asked if it is a toll free number and he said 'no'. I said, 'well then you call for me'. He hung up!!! If TAP Air Portugal wants to stay in business, they need to hire people who actually care about helping their passengers.

Black and pitch bay cant be found . Have both email and personal contact and my household address on there but tap Portugal still did not make any effort to let me get hold of my luggages. I have so many important stuffs in there but because of their carelessness to customers, we were unable to get my luggages. Im highly disappointed in tap Portugal. And that will be my last time of flying with you

Flight plan change

I was booked on an international flight, but could not find our passport in time to take the flight. I had a great of difficulty finding any person I could talk too --no phone numbers listed - but eventually did get to someone who tried to help, but part way through the conversation a "rate this call" interrupted our call and I could not return to the service agent/. No satisfaction prompted by the satisfaction survey itself.

Disastrous customer service! The person in customer service hung up twice after I described my request. She seemed over challenged and absolutely incompetent. Can only warn of this airline. Our flight was canceled without us being notified. Now two months later, the flights are of course much more expensive.

I was boarding a delayed flight to Lisbon and they took my carry on to check. My final destination is Dublin when I exited the flight they told me to go to baggage claim. I went to customer service and no one was there from 710am and then I went to baggage claim and could not find it.

I had a flight to Barcelona to Newark wit Lisbon connection. I was in Paris and I have a fight París to Barcelona and it was cancelled. I bought 3 tickes from Paris to Lisbon because I could not find to Barcelona.which was supposed to be a 3:00 pm I arrived at the airport at 8:45 am and I when directly to TAP counter one by 9:45 I have my boarding pass to go to Newark. At the time of I board it was cancelled. I when back to the counter they told me they dont know why it was cancelled. I called the airline and nobody help me I am traveling with 3 kids and it was my last flight after 15 days traveling in Europe. I this time I am out of money. And because the incompetence of few people I am stock hear in Portugal. I still have been the boarding pass and you will deal with my lawyer as soon I get to USA.

Still have not gotten a good response back from them. I got my bags 4 days later, but I still feel I need some acknowledgment or compensation for the situation. No one is helpful at all.

Extenion of voucher

Please consider extending my voucher for ticket #'s: 047749****614 047749****615 047749****612 047749****613 We so badly want to come to your country this month and tried to use our vouchers but were told by expedia they were expired. Expedia has sent 3 emails to you directly requesting an extension due to covid but have not heard a response from you yet. After reviewing your website and covid policy, it is clear that your airline has realized the challenges this virus has caused the travel industry and made accommodations to people like us who still want to tour your country. Since covid is now more under control, and we, who are at high risk are able to travel more freely and cautiously would request that you please honor our vouchers totaling $780.00. It is our desire to spend a significant amount of time exploring Portugal this month but would like to have our vouchers reinstated. I sure hope you can help us in this regard!

We were given a voucher for a fraction of the price of our ticket which was cancelled due to COVID, we tried to use the voucher but it was giving us an error every time, although it is still valid. We asked the company for a refund but we have not had any response, we are very disappointed, we need either help with it to use it or a full refund of our ticket with the company.

I was even 2 hrs early for my flight to go from JFK to Lisbon and then go to Madrid but TAP Air refused to get check in and get on board . They said that because I missed my flight from RDU to JFK then they dont want to get me on board from JFK to Lisbon and then to Madrid , even though I had plenty of time , I was at the gate and the airplane was on the ground and the air plane door was open and other passengers were getting on board .

User's recommendation: Don’t use TAP Air because they take your money and don’t let you get on the plaine even though there are seats available . I had to buy another ticket to go to Madrid with another air line .
